Working together in Rodeo | Rodeo Docs
Rodeo is built for teams that write, plan and decide together. Everyone edits the same page at the same moment and sees each other's cursors as they type, conversations happen in comments right beside the words they're about, and nobody sends a file back and forth again. Pages you've opened even keep working through a dropped connection: your edits sync and merge with everyone else's when you're back online.

Bring your team in
Start with Members, roles and invites: invite people by email or by link, and decide what each person can do. As the workspace fills up, Spaces groups pages by team, client or topic, and keeps the sensitive ones private.
Not everyone needs the whole workspace. Sharing and access requests shows how to give a client or freelancer a single page, and how to handle the requests people send when they need access to something.
Talk about the work, on the work
Feedback is most useful when it sits next to the words it's about. Comments lets you discuss a sentence right where it is, and resolve the thread once it's settled. When you'd rather propose a change than make it, Suggested edits lets you suggest changes that the page's editors accept or reject one by one.
Stay on top of what's happening
You don't have to watch every page to know what needs you. Inbox and notifications gathers every mention, reply, assignment and request into one list, and can send them to your email too. For a wider view, Activity keeps a running log of what's been created, published and tidied away across the workspace.
