Rodeo is free for small teams and stays simple when you grow: you pay per member, in naira or dollars, only when you need more people, private spaces or more AI. This section explains every plan and price, how billing works, where your usage shows, and how to look after your workspace and your account.

Choose a plan

Plans and limits sets out what Free, Starter, Team and Business each include and what they cost, and shows how to upgrade, switch or cancel. If you'd rather pay once, the Founders' Deal gives you Team-level Rodeo for life for a single payment of $149 or ₦120,000, while the first 1,000 places last.

Pay and keep track

Billing in naira and dollars explains which currency you'll pay in, the choice between monthly and annual billing, and what happens at renewal or when a payment fails. Some features come with a monthly allowance, such as meeting notes, board AI and sources. Usage lists each allowance and shows where to see how much you have left.
