Getting started with Rodeo | Rodeo Docs

Rodeo is one workspace for your docs, wikis, databases and plans, so your team stops hunting across tabs for the latest version of anything. You can be writing in it a minute from now: there is no password to set, nothing to install, and it's free for up to 3 members with no card needed. This section takes you from your first sign-in to a workspace that feels like home.

Your first ten minutes

Everything starts with an account. Sign up and sign in shows the two ways in, Google or a one-time link sent to your email, and how Rodeo keeps you signed in so you aren't asked again every morning.

Once you're in, Your first workspace and page walks through the 30-second setup: naming your workspace, finding your way around the Home screen, and writing your first page. Then spend two minutes with The editor in two minutes. It covers blocks, the / menu, the Markdown shortcuts you already know, and the handful of keys that make writing in Rodeo quick.

Bring your work with you

You don't have to start from a blank page. If your team's knowledge lives somewhere else today, Import from Notion and other tools moves your pages and databases across from Notion, Confluence or Evernote, structure and all.

Take Rodeo everywhere

Rodeo works in the browser, but it doesn't have to stay there. Rodeo everywhere: desktop, mobile and the web clipper is a short tour of the desktop app for Mac and Windows, the companion app for your phone, and the browser extension that saves any web page into your workspace.

When you're settled in, carry on to Pages and the editor to learn every kind of block, or Databases to turn your lists into working systems.
