The Founders' Deal is Rodeo for life for one payment: $149 or ₦120,000 buys one workspace Team-level features for up to 10 members, with no renewals, and only the first 1,000 workspaces can get it.

Do it
You need to be the workspace's owner or an admin, and the workspace must be on Free with 10 members or fewer.
Click Members & settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
In the plan bar, click Founders' Deal · $149 once · up to 10 members (or the naira price, ₦120,000, if you're billed in naira).
Pay on the secure checkout page.
Back in Rodeo, the plan bar reads "Founders' Deal plan · active" with "paid once, no renewals · 200 AI requests/mo".
Tips and limits
200 AI requests a month. Ask AI, editor AI (rewrite, improve and the rest) and the AI block each use one request. The count is shared by the whole workspace and resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). When it runs out, AI says "This workspace has used this month's AI allowance. It resets on the 1st." Board chats use board AI credits instead, and those follow the Team allowance. See Usage and AI chats and credits.
Up to 10 members. Invites past 10 are refused. Guests don't count.
Free workspaces only. The button only appears on a Free workspace with 10 members or fewer. If you have more, remove members (or make them guests) first.
Limited. Sales stop at 1,000. Checkout then says "The Founders' Deal has sold out." Sales can also be paused, which shows "The Founders' Deal is closed for now."
Nothing to cancel. There's no renewal, so there's no Cancel plan button.
Changing plans. A Founders' Deal workspace has no upgrade buttons. To move to Business, for example, email hello@rodeo.so.
Currency. Like every plan, you pay in naira from Nigeria and in dollars everywhere else. See Billing in naira and dollars.
Ideas
A studio that won't outgrow ten. Harbor Studio is four people with a couple of freelancers. One $149 payment covers the team, private client spaces and a custom domain for the portfolio site, with nothing to renew.
A side business on a fixed budget. Ada runs a weekend print shop with her sister. The Founders' Deal gives them a CRM, a content calendar and a website for less than a year of most tools.
A club or community committee. Up to ten organisers plan events together, share minutes with members as guests, and never chase a renewal.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Founders' Deal button. The workspace is already on a paid plan, has more than 10 members, or you aren't an owner or admin.
Our AI stopped working mid-month. The workspace has used its 200 AI requests. They come back on the 1st.
